Though we bring decades of experience to our work, we approach each relationship and every project uniquely. As leaders who have worked on the inside of a number of issue-focused organizations and have hired many consultants, we know that the most powerful relationships between consultants and clients are formed when each approaches the other with an open mind.

We are Results Oriented

We also believe that results matter. That may sound trite, but often organizations—especially non-profit organizations—become so focused on processes that they lose sight of results. We care about how things are done, and we also care about getting things done, the right things done. 

So, as we begin projects and relationships, we start by focusing on what you want to accomplish. 

That may mean helping you articulate results through the development of a new organizational mission or vision statement, or an innovative strategic plan. In other cases, it may entail helping you develop a new approach to management that enables you to get the results you seek from your board and staff. In still other instances, we may work with you to create and implement specific partnership and fundraising strategies, or to develop materials to support a campaign or launch a new Web site.
